What to expect when receiving Crystal Healing....

I hate to admit this...but I have never had any
Could a user or trainer of crystal healing methods please help?

Crystals can be used in so many ways that it is difficult to give a simple
explanation of what is involved when a healer is working with them.
The healer will have a selection of crystals that she is comfortable working with.
She should be sensitive to your energy
and may also pick up energy problems within your body or in your environment.
Crystals will often be selected to rebalance these energies.
They may be used by the healer in her hands
to channel her energy through to you.
They may be placed on the body, or around around the room
as part of the healing treatment.
They may also be left with you to continue their work
in problem areas of your home or workplace,
or for you to wear, or carry.
