I believe that there is now no need to learn html in order to design your own web site.
A copy of Microsoft Front Page or a similar programme will allow anyone
who can use a word processor to select, copy and paste, in a very similar way to ' Word. '
Change colours and backgrounds easily and import pictures from free artwork web sites
or via any picture publisher.
